Description of service
DeTour provides navigation-aware tools, trigger awareness features, route comparison, account-backed sync, and related support features. Features may change over time.
No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes
DeTour is designed to support awareness and decision-making, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of route, trigger, map, or support information. The app cannot guarantee avoidance of any place, situation, or outcome.
User responsibility
Users remain fully responsible for their decisions, travel, safety, compliance with laws, and use of any support features. DeTour does not replace common sense, personal judgment, or professional advice.
Accounts
Some features may require account sign-in. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and any connected account credentials.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through Google Play. Subscription pricing, billing terms, renewal behavior, and refunds are governed by Google Play policies and any plan details shown in-app.
Prohibited use
- Using the service unlawfully or in ways that endanger others.
- Attempting to interfere with app security, service integrity, or other users.
- Misusing support, billing, or account systems.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if required to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse or misuse.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DeTour by TrueNorth is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. TrueNorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms.
