DeTour by TrueNorth is designed to support users during difficult moments by helping them compare route options, stay aware of nearby triggers, and access support tools. We collect the information reasonably needed to provide the service, improve reliability, secure accounts, and understand product usage.

- Account information such as name and email when a user signs in with Google or another supported provider.
- Location information, including precise GPS location while using the app and background location only if the user explicitly enables it.
- Saved trigger places, support contacts, route selections, and app preferences.

- Subscription and billing status information related to Google Play purchases.
